1. Order Cancellation

Your order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not been shipped yet. In case you need to cancel your order, you need to send an e-mail at shiva@roundumbrella.com, following which we will refund your money.

2. Returns 

A box once shipped cannot be returned. In case you find that a few components are missing, then you should contact us, following which we will proceed to send you the missing parts. In case you observe that the box is visibly damaged during shipping, then you must refuse to accept the shipment, and contact us immediately.

3. How long will the refund take?

If you are eligible for a refund, then the entire refund should get processed within 7 business days.​
